Item 5: Fees and Compensation

In consideration for CET SAM’s sub-advisory services to CET LLP, CET SAM is entitled to
receive remuneration from CET LLP at such rates as shall be agreed from time to time. CET
SAM is remunerated out of the management fee and performance fee revenues received by
CET LLP from the relevant clients.

The clients that CET SAM sub-advises incur the below fees and expenses.

Management Fees

CET LLP charges each client a management fee. These fees will be based on the Net Asset
Value (“NAV”) of each class of interests within a fund and will be deducted from the
portfolio on a monthly basis and adjusted for any subscriptions or redemptions made during
the month. The rate of such management fees range from 0.65% to 1.5% per annum,
depending on the client type, the strategy and the size of the mandate.

Item 7: Types of Clients

The Firm’s clients consist of the funds and two segregated managed accounts. See Item 4
above for more details.

With respect to any fund, any initial and additional subscription minimums are disclosed in
the funds’ respective offering memoranda. The funds’ directors or general partner have the
right to accept a lesser amount.
