CWM Advisory, LLC’s fee is calculated and deducted from client accounts by SEI Investments Management
Corp. SEI’s system will calculate the fee based on the market value of the last day in the month. The market
value is multiplied by the advisory fee and then divided by 12 (months). The fee calculation will always take place
on the very next business day while the fee will be deducted from the client account(s) around a week later. Fee
collection may be staggered to allow for the system to raise cash prior to pulling the fees. These fees are
  negotiable.
Consulting Services Provided by Third-Party Advisers
Fee schedules for clients are clearly indicated on the account documentation of the third-party adviser. However,
in most cases the fee schedules are negotiated and agreed upon by the client and the adviser. Additional
transactional costs and/or custodial costs may be charged by the custodial firm/third-party adviser, in addition to
the negotiated advisory fees. The fees will not exceed any limit imposed by any regulatory agency.
Fee schedules for employee benefit plans subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974
(“ERISA”) may be negotiated with the Plan Administrator and set a flat dollar amount per year. This flat fee may
be based on the requested services, size of the plan, provisions in the Investment Policy Statement, number of
  employees, etc.
  Financial Planning Fees
The following fees are in addition to the Advisory fee and are negotiable. The final fee will be disclosed within the
agreement signed by CWM Advisory, LLC and the client.
Clients may terminate the agreement without penalty, for a full refund, within five business days of signing the
Financial Planning Agreement. Thereafter, clients may terminate the agreement generally upon written notice.
Fees that are collected in advance, but unearned at the time termination becomes effective (if any), will be
refunded based on the prorated amount of work completed at the point of termination. If the agreement is
terminated prior to completion of the financial planning services, then the client will be responsible for paying the
prorated fee for work completed but unpaid (if any) at the time termination becomes effective.

  Fixed Fees
The fixed rate for financial planning services is negotiable based on the project.
The fees associated with estate planning are separate and vary depending on the services requested by the
client. These fees may be in addition to financial planning or advisory fees or offered as a one-time service to a
non-financial planning or non- advisory client.

  Monthly Fees
The fees outlined below represent the standard fee and do not represent the final fee rate the client will pay. The
final fee rate is disclosed and agreed upon within the agreement signed by CWM Advisory, LLC and the client.
       • My Advisor – $175/month
       • My Advisor and CFO – $300-$500/month
