Item 5 – Fees and Compensation
Fee Schedule
ASSET MANAGEMENT
FWML charges an annual asset management fee based on the total assets under management. These fees
include sub-advisor and FWML fees, and shall never exceed a total of 2% of a client's assets under management.
Fees may be charged on a monthly or quarterly basis, in advance or in arrears. The fees will not exceed any limit
imposed by any regulatory agency. Similar services may be available from other advisors at a lower cost.
These fees are generally negotiable, and the final fee schedule will be memorialized in the Client’s advisory
agreement with the third-party sub-adviser. Clients may terminate the agreement without penalty for a full
refund of all fees within five business days of signing the Investment Advisory Contract. Thereafter, clients may
terminate the Investment Advisory Contract generally with 30 days' written notice.
FINANCIAL PLANNING
Financial Planning services are provided for no fee for Wealth Management clients. However, clients may engage
FWML in stand-alone Financial Planning services. Prior to the planning process, the Client will be provided an
estimated plan fee, which will be based on the complexity of the engagement. Stand-alone Financial Planning
services will be billed as a flat fee between $500 and $10,000. depending on the complexity of the engagement.
FWML reserves the right to waive the fee should the Client implement the plan through FWML.
Payment of Fees
Asset Management Fees are deducted directly from the Client’s Account by the Custodian, on behalf of FWML
and the sub-advisor, with the Client's written authorization. Fees due to FWML are remitted to FWML from the
sub-adviser.

ADV Part 2A Brochure
June 2026
Stand-Alone Financial Planning fees will be paid by check.
FWML, in its sole discretion, may charge a lesser investment advisory fee based upon certain criteria (e.g.,
historical relationship, type of assets, anticipated future earning capacity, anticipated future additional assets,
dollar amounts of assets to be managed, related accounts, account composition, negotiations with Clients, etc.).
For all services, Clients may terminate their engagement with FWML within five (5) business days of signing an
Agreement with no obligation and without penalty. After the initial five (5) business days, the Agreement may
be terminated by FWML with thirty (30) days written notice to Client and by the Client at any time with written
notice to FWML. For accounts opened or closed mid-billing period, fees will be prorated based on the days
services are provided during the given period. All unpaid earned fees will be due to FWML, and all unearned fees
will be refunded to the Client. Any increase in fees will be acknowledged in writing by both parties before any
increase in said fees occurs.
Additional Fees
Custodians may charge brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other related costs on the purchases or
sales of mutual funds, equities, bonds, options, margin interest, and exchange-traded funds. Mutual funds,
money market funds, and exchange-traded funds may also charge internal management fees, which are
disclosed in the fund’s prospectus. FWML does not directly receive any compensation from these fees. All of
these fees are in addition to the management fee you pay to FWML. For more details on the brokerage practices,
see Item 12 of this brochure.
Prepayment of Fees
FWML and the appointed sub-advisor(s) may collect fees in advance. Refunds for fees paid in advance but not
yet earned will be refunded on a prorated basis and returned within fourteen days to the client via check or
return deposit back into the client’s account.
For all asset-based fees paid in advance, the refunded fee will be equal to the balance of the fees collected in
advance minus the daily rate* times the number of days elapsed in the billing period up to and including the
day of termination. (*The daily rate is calculated by dividing the annual asset-based fee rate by 365.)
External Compensation for the Sale of Securities
FWML does not receive any external compensation from the sale of securities. |
