Item 5 - Fees and Compensation

General Fee Information

Fees paid to Generations Wealth are exclusive of all custodial and transaction costs paid to the client’s
custodians, brokers or other third- party consultants. Please see Item 12 – Brokerage Practices for
additional information. Fees paid to Generations Wealth are also separate and distinct from the fees
and expenses charged by mutual funds, exchange traded funds (“ETFs”) or other investment pools to
their shareholders (generally including a management fee and fund expenses, as described in each
fund’s prospectus or offering materials). The client should review all fees charged by funds, brokers,
Generations Wealth and others to fully understand the total amount of fees paid by the client for
investment and financial-related services (see also Other Portfolio Expenses below).

Either Generations Wealth or the client may terminate the Retainer Agreement at any time, subject to
any written notice requirements in the Agreement. In the event of termination, any paid but unearned
fees will be promptly refunded to the client based on the number of days that the services were
provided, and any fees due to Generations Wealth from the client will be invoiced or deducted from
the client’s account prior to termination.

Fee Description

As a fee-only firm, fees from clients are the sole source of Generations Wealth’s compensation. Our
retainer fees are calculated based on either a percentage of assets under management (AUM) or a
percentage of assets under advisement (AUA) according to the engaged service. For certain other type
of work, such as annual tax compliance services, we require a separate engagement agreement and
quoted fee ranging from $1,000 - $20,000.

Generations Wealth will charge a one-time setup fee of between $1,500 and $6,000 depending on the
type of planning service chosen. For clients who choose an ongoing retainer relationship with us, the
planning fee is also called a setup fee because it is required at the onset of a new client relationship.
The planning (or setup) fees may include an Income Tax Plan and/or Investment Plan a Financial Plan
and/or a Legacy Review. The planning (or setup) fees are paid half in advance and the balance
following the completion of the work.

Investment Management Retainer Services

The fee is calculated as a percentage of assets according to the schedule below:

Portfolio Value Annual Advisory Fee Quarterly Advisory Fee

 First $10,000,000 1.00% 0.250%

A minimum annual fee of $250 is charged per brokerage account and allocated on a pro rata basis
across all accounts.

For all outside accounts under management, Generations Wealth utilizes a third-party software
platform to support the management and the monitoring of employer-sponsored retirement accounts,
including 401(k), 403(b), and similar plans. An additional 0.25% fee (25 bps) applies for the use of this
software, which is passed through to the Client and reflected in the schedule above. This fee is charged
only for outside accounts that utilize the software.

Family Office Retainer Services

The family office services fee is a separate negotiated fee based on a percentage of total assets
generally reflected on the client’s net worth statement. Fees can range from 15 to 45 bps (0.15% to
0.45%) of assets under advisement (AUA), depending on the complexity and breadth of services
chosen. The AUA based fee is calculated and fixed for a one year period after which it is reassessed and
potentially adjusted to reflect any changes in the client’s asset base or service requirements for the
upcoming year.

Clients who engage in Family Office Services are subjected to a combined AUM and AUA minimum
annual fee of $50,000.

Generations Wealth may, at its discretion, reduce its minimum fee or charge a reduced advisory fee
based on specific circumstances. The agreement for services may be terminated at any time upon
written notice of either Generations Wealth or the client.

Project-based work, including Legacy Review and Divorce Financial Analysis and Support, is charged
at a negotiated hourly rate based on the actual hours worked.

Fee Invoice

For Investment Management Retainer Services (AUM), advisory fees are billed quarterly in arrears at
the end of each calendar quarter. Fees are calculated as a percentage of assets under management,
based on the account’s average daily balance during the preceding quarter, as determined by an
industry-standard third-party software provider. The average daily balance is multiplied by the annual
management fee and divided by four to determine the quarterly fee. Accounts opened mid-quarter are
prorated based on the number of days services are provided during the initial billing period. Invoices

are posted to the Generations Wealth online portal along with quarterly performance reports.

For Family Office Retainer Clients (AUA), advisory fees are billed quarterly in arrears at the end of
each calendar quarter. Fees are calculated using the negotiated AUA basis points (bps) rate and asset
values reflected on the initial or most recent year-end net worth statement. The Adviser prepares
updated asset values for client review at least annually during the calendar year, and any applicable
fee adjustments are made at that time. Year-end values are obtained from a variety of sources,
including custodial statements and management’s assessment of illiquid assets. The AUA fee remains
