Item 5: Fees and Compensation The fees chargeable are typically a 1.25%-2% management fee and a 20% performance fee. The Firm’s fees are negotiable. Fees are deducted from client assets quarterly in the case of Lattis LP and monthly in the case of Lattis NEO. Our clients will incur other fees or expenses such as brokerage fees (see Item 12 of this Brochure for further information), transaction costs, fund expenses and custodian fees. |
