Item 5 Fees and Compensation
Portfolio Management Services and Fee Schedule
LIS charges a money management fee on its assets under management in the Model Portfolios as well
as amounts invested and managed by LIS outside of the Model Portfolios. The money management
fees charged are based on the Model Portfolios and the percentage of fee charged may vary depending
on the Model Portfolio or investments utilized. The money management fee will not exceed 2%. A
different percentage may be charged for different investments in your client’s portfolio and for the
different Model Portfolios. LIS has available a current menu of Model Portfolios with their corresponding
fees upon request.

Fees for Ancorato’s services may be structured as asset‑based management fees, strategist fees,
sub‑advisory fees, fixed consulting fees, or other contractual arrangements depending on the nature of
the engagement with the contracting RIA, institution, or strategic partner. The specific fee arrangement
is disclosed in the agreement with the contracting party. In most circumstances, the contracting RIA
is responsible for determining the overall advisory fee charged to the end client.

Fees may be deducted from client accounts or paid by the contracting RIA, depending on the structure
of the engagement.

Ancorato receives compensation in connection with an ETF-related arrangement, including a portion of
management fees associated with such product.

Additional Fees and Expenses
As part of our advisory services to you, we may invest, or recommend that your client invests, in
mutual funds, separately managed accounts, unit investment trusts, and exchange traded funds. The
fees that your client pays to our firm for advisory services are separate and distinct from the fees and
expenses charged by mutual funds or exchange traded funds (described in each fund's prospectus) to
their shareholders. These fees will generally include a management fee and other fund expenses. Your
client will also incur transaction charges and/or brokerage fees when purchasing or selling securities.
These charges and fees are typically imposed by the broker-dealer or custodian through whom the
account transactions are executed. We do not share in any portion of the brokerage fees/transaction
charges imposed by the broker-dealer or custodian. To fully understand the total cost your client will
incur, you should review all the fees charged by mutual funds, exchange traded funds, our firm, and
others. For information on our brokerage practices, refer to the Brokerage Practices section of this
brochure.

Consulting Fees

Are arranged with our strategic partners at the time of engagement.
