Item 5: Fees and Compensation For Investment Advisory services McQueen Financial Advisors II, Inc. invoices the client on a monthly basis in advance. The fee schedule is based on the Total Investable Assets and range from a minimum of $500 per month and up. The fee calculation will be reviewed at least twice a year, based on the financial statements dated June 30th and December 31st. The fee will then be reset on September 1st and March 1st respectively. The agreements are initially for a term of two (2) years. After the initial term, the agreement may be terminated on 90-day written notice by either party. If a refund is necessary, MFA will discuss the final date of service with the client, pro-rate the fees accordingly, and mail a refund check to the client within fifteen (15) business days. All fees are subject to negotiation. For Supplemental Investment Portfolio Services and Trust Department Portfolio Services McQueen Financial Advisors II, Inc. will be paid quarterly directly from the Client’s custody agent who will charge the Client’s accounts being held there. The annual fee is comprised of a range of 50 to 100 basis points for the investment management fee and for performance reporting. The Total Market Value of the Account is multiplied by this fee. The fee calculation will be reviewed quarterly, based on the financial statements dated March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st. The fee will then be reset on the first day of April, July, October, and January, respectively. The agreements are initially for a term of two (2) years. After the initial term, the agreement may be terminated on 90-day written notice by either party. For Individual Account Advisory Services McQueen Financial Advisors II, Inc. will be paid quarterly directly from the Client’s custody agent who will charge the Client’s accounts being held there. The annual fee is comprised of a range of 25 to 100 basis points for the investment management fee and for performance reporting. The Total Fair Market Value of the Account is multiplied by this fee. The fee calculation will be reviewed quarterly, based on the financial statements dated March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st. The fee will then be reset on the first day of April, July, October, and January, respectively. The agreements are initially for a term of two (2) years. After the initial term, the agreement may be terminated on 30-day written notice by either party. For Consulting Services McQueen Financial Advisors II, Inc. will receive a fee of $350 per hour for a senior advisor and $175 per hour for an analyst. All time will be billed monthly to the Client. The agreements are initially for a term of one (1) year. After the initial term, the agreement may be terminated on 30-day written notice by either party. |
