Item 5: Fees and Compensation
A. Fee Schedule
Portfolio Management Fees
Sabbia Faro adopted a Household Fee Tier system for all clients, effective January 1,
2026as follows:
Total Household Assets Under Management Annual Fee
Lower Limit Upper Limit
$0 $500,000 0.85%
$500,001 $2,000,000 0.95%
$2,000,001 $4,000,000 1.00%
$4,000.001 $6,000,000 0.85%
$6,000,001 $100,000,000 0.75%
In the Household Tiered Fee system, Management Fees based on Total Assets under
Management will not be charged in respect of Custodial Roth IRAs of any value or savings
accounts that do not hold tactical cash. For purposes hereof “tactical cash” shall mean
investments held as cash (in money market accounts or otherwise) available to be deployed
for the purchase of securities and income from the sale of securities until reinvested.
Based on the above, the advisory fee is calculated using the value of the assets in the
Account on the last business day of the prior billing period. SFWM may waive or reduce
fees in its sole discretion in respect of any client or account, and, in SFWM’s sole discretion,
Management Fees may be waived in respect of Accounts with less than $75,000 in value
(calculated as of the end of the immediately preceding quarter).
In addition, SFWM does not generally separately charge for certain complementary
services such as financial planning, but includes these services within the amounts based
on assets under management.
The fee schedule is memorialized in each client’s advisory agreement. Clients may
terminate the agreement without penalty for a full refund of SFWM’s fees within five
business days of signing the Investment Advisory Contract. Thereafter, clients may
terminate the Investment Advisory Contract at any time with immediate effect upon
written notice.
B. Payment of Fees
Payment of Portfolio Management Fees
Per the client’s written authorization, asset-based portfolio fees are withdrawn from a
client's account on a quarterly basis. Fees are paid in advance.
C. Client Responsibility for Third Party Fees
Clients are responsible for the payment of all third party fees (i.e. custodian fees,
brokerage fees, mutual fund fees, transaction fees, etc.). Those fees are separate and
distinct from the fees and expenses charged by SFWM. Please see Item 12 of this brochure
regarding broker-dealer/custodian.
D. Prepayment of Fees
SFWM collects fees in advance. Refunds for fees paid in advance but not yet earned will
be refunded on a prorated basis and returned within fourteen days to the client via check,
or return deposit back into the client’s account.
For all asset-based fees paid in advance, the fee refunded will be calculated using actual
days in the quarter, and equal the balance of the fees collected in advance minus the daily
rate* times the number of days elapsed in the billing period up to and including the day
of termination. (*The daily rate is calculated by dividing the annual asset-based fee rate
by 365.)
E. Outside Compensation for the Sale of Securities to Clients
Neither SFWM nor its supervised persons accept any compensation for the sale of
investment products, including asset-based sales charges or service fees from the sale of
mutual funds. |
