5. FEES AND COMPENSATION
              FINANCIAL PLANNING
Advisor’s financial planning services are offered on an hourly and/or fixed fee basis.
Advisor offers financial planning services at an hourly rate of $500. The fee is negotiable based upon the type of
planning selected, areas covered and the amount of research to be conducted. When signing the financial planning
agreement an estimated number of hours and fee will be presented.
Advisor’s fixed fee financial planning ranges from $1,000 to $10,000. The fee is negotiable based on the complexity
of the client’s situation, the number of accounts, type of assets and the time involved in researching and creating the
financial plan. The actual fee will be presented in the financial planning agreement.
One half of the financial planning fee is due upon signing the financial planning agreement and the second half is due
at the last financial planning meeting. All financial planning services will be completed within six (6) months of the
acceptance date of the Financial Planning Agreement.
              PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Fees for portfolio management services will be based on a percentage of the assets under management. Advisor’s
management fee ranges between 0.85% to 2.00% or a minimum annual fee of $500 for accounts that are under
$50,000.
The fee is negotiable; advisor will combine multiple accounts within the same household to achieve a lower fee unless
otherwise instructed by the client. The fee is collected on the last business day of each month (in arrears). The fee is
based upon the account value as of the last business day of the month’s billing period. The initial month’s fee will be
prorated for the number of days in the month that services were provided. Prorated fees may be waived at the discretion
of the adviser. The client will be asked to authorize Advisor with the ability to withdraw the fee directly from the
client’s account. Please see Item 15 for more information regarding direct fee deduction.
Note: Higher or lower fees for comparable services may be available from other sources.
              RECOMMENDATION OF INDEPENDENT MANAGERS
Fees for recommendation of independent managers will be based on a percentage of the assets under management.
The annual maximum fee is 2.0%. The fee is negotiable, and the adviser will combine multiple accounts within the
same household to achieve a lower fee unless otherwise instructed by the client. The fee is collected on the last business
day of each month. The fee is based upon the account value as of the last business day of the month’s billing period.
The initial month’s fee will be prorated for the number of days in the month. (For example, if client engages Advisor
15 days into a 30 day month, the client will be charged for only 15 days.)
Advisor’s management fee includes the Third-Party Adviser’s fee. In the agreement the client will be asked to
authorize the Advisor with the ability to instruct the custodian to withdraw the management fee. Any custodians
recommended by Advisor and the Third Party Advisor have agreed to send a statement to the client, at least monthly,

indicating all amounts disbursed from the account including the amount of management fees paid directly to Advisor
and the Third Party Advisor. Additionally, we will send the client an invoice in the event the Third-Party Adviser does
not provide invoices. Please see Item 15 for additional details regarding fee invoices.
             ADDITIONAL FEES
Advisor’s fee is exclusive of brokerage fees, transaction fees, and other related costs and expenses that are incurred
by the client. Clients may incur certain charges imposed by custodians, brokers, third party investment advisors and
other third parties such as fees charged by managers, custodial fees, deferred sales charges, odd-lot differentials,
transfer taxes, wire transfer and electronic fund fees, and other fees and taxes on brokerage accounts and securities
transactions. Mutual funds and exchange traded funds also charge internal management fees, as disclosed in a fund’s
prospectus, which are separate and distinct from the fee. Such charges, fees and commissions are exclusive of and in
addition to the Advisor’s fee. Advisor does not receive any portion of these commissions, fees, and costs. For more
information about the Third Party Advisor’s brokerage practice, please see Item 12 of the Third Party Advisor’s ADV
Part 2A.
             TERMINATION OF SERVICES
A client may terminate any service at any time by giving written notice to Agemy Wealth Advisors, LLC, 7900 East
Union Avenue, Suite 1100, Denver, CO 80237. Upon termination, Advisor will have no obligation to recommend or
take any action with regard to the securities, cash or other investments in the Account.
             RETIREMENT ROLLOVER CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
When we recommend you rollover a retirement account for us to manage, this creates a financial incentive because
we charge a fee for our services. We attempt to mitigate the conflict of interest by acting in your best interest and
applying an impartial conduct standard to all rollovers. Please note that you are not under any obligation to roll over
a retirement account to an account managed by us.
