Item 5 – Fees and Compensation
AC Wealth Partners is compensated by receiving a mutually agreed upon percentage of assets under
management or by receiving a minimum fixed fee. For AC Wealth Model Portfolios and AC Private Wealth
solutions, the expected range of asset-based fees is between 10 basis points (0.10%) and 40 basis points
(0.40%) per annum as fee arrangements vary by investment strategy, account type and size, customization
requirements and the range of additional services provided to Advisory Firm and their Clients. All fees are
negotiated in advance and are specified in the written agreement between AC Wealth Partners and
Advisory Firm and/or Overlay Manager. AC Wealth Partners does not deduct fees from Client accounts as
that is the responsibility of the Advisory Firm or Overlay Manager. AC Wealth Partners adopts the billing
method (e.g., in-advance or in-arrears) for which each Advisory Firm bills Clients and is paid by the
Advisory Firm in that manner generally on a quarterly basis. The agreement the Client signs with Advisory
Firm typically contains total investment advisory fee, termination provisions, and refund provisions,
where applicable. For any financial planning services provided to Client under the AC Private Wealth
solution, the Client will not be charged any fees in addition to the AC Private Wealth fee.

AC Wealth Platform Fee
Each Client account in the Wealth Platform, a wrap fee program, is charged an annual fee (“Client Fee”)
that covers services provided to Client account.
The fees applicable to each Client on the Platform can include the following:
• Advisor Fee, which is the fee paid to the Advisory Firm and Advisory Firm financial representative
for their services provided to Client.
• Wealth Platform Fee (“Program Fee”), which includes the Platform Provider fee and certain
custody fees if Client is utilizing the AC Wealth Partners custody relationship. Certain Advisory
Firms may add an additional fee to this fee component for their platform services provided.
• Manager Fee, which includes any Sub-Manager or Model Provider fees, including AC Wealth
Partners when AC Wealth Partners is acting in the capacity as a Sub-Manager or Model Provider.
The fees applicable to the Account will be set forth in the Client Agreement the Client receives each time
an Account is established. The Advisor Fee, the Program Fee, and Sub-Manager Fees (if applicable), when
combined, are referred to as the Client Fee. Other fees for special services may also be charged. The Client
should consider all applicable fees.
Please note that in certain situations, the Client Fee will be based on a Client’s account asset value as well
as the value of any related accounts Client has in the Wealth Platform. Such aggregation of accounts is
designed to result in a lower Client Fee compared to a Client Fee calculated on each account separately.
For AC Wealth Model Portfolios, AC Wealth Partners is compensated by receiving a mutually agreed upon
percentage of assets under management, 10 basis points (0.10%) per annum.
Fee arrangements vary by investment strategy, account type and size, customization requirements and
the range of additional services provided to Advisory Firm, Advisory Firm financial representative, and
their Clients. All fees are negotiated in advance and are specified in the written agreement between AC
Wealth Partners and Advisory Firm. For any financial planning services provided to Client under the AC
Private Wealth solution, the Client will not be charged any fees in addition to the AC Private Wealth fee.
For a detailed explanation of the Client Fee applicable to account, Client should review their Client
Agreement. AC Wealth Partners encourages Clients to review the Client Fee, as well as other information
contained in the Client Agreement and other account opening documents, carefully.
Please see the Other Costs in Connection with Our Advisory Services section below for additional fees you
will incur in connection with an account on the Wealth Platform.
Beginning April 1, 2026, for new Advisory Firm Clients, the AC Wealth Platform Program Fee is 20 basis
points (0.20%). When the AC Private Wealth Program is also utilized by the Advisory Firm Client on the AC
Wealth Platform, the total AC Wealth Partners fee is 45 basis points (0.45%). Advisory Firm Clients who
onboarded prior to this date may be subject to different fee schedules.
Minimum annual per account Program Fee is $100.

In the Wealth Platform, the Platform Provider will charge fees for Tax Overlay Services, Fund Strategist
Tax Management Services, and Values Overlay Services which are additional fees to Client and will be
included and added to the Program Fee.
If Client’s Account includes Private Funds and/or Structured Investments, Client Fee for the Account will
include the Advisor Fee and Program Fee. In addition to these fees, Client pays fees and expenses of the
Private Funds in which Client Account is invested. Such fees and expenses are charged directly to the pool
of assets in which the Private Funds invest. These fees and expenses are an additional cost to Client and
are not included in the fees charged in Client account statements. Each Private Fund and Structured
Investment describes their fees and expenses in their respective offering materials. Private Fund and
Structured Investment providers do not compensate AC Wealth Partners for Clients that invest in their
Private Fund or Structured Investment.
AC Wealth Partners generally bills Client accounts in-advance on a quarterly basis. The Client Agreement
typically contains the Client Fee, termination provisions, and refund provisions, where applicable. The
