Financial Planning Services
CAG’s Financial Planning fees are determined based on the type of services provided and the needs of the

is due in full in advance of CAG providing the planning service.
B. Fees are directly debited from Client accounts at the custodian, or the Client may choose to pay by check
or electronic funds transfer.
C. Fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other related costs and expenses which
may be incurred by the Client. Clients may incur certain charges imposed by custodians, brokers, and other
third parties such as custodial fees, deferred sales charges, odd-lot differentials, transfer taxes, wire

Planning fees are paid in full in advance of providing the planning service.
An account may be terminated with written notice at least 30 calendar days’ notice. Upon termination of
the account, any unearned investment management and ongoing financial planning fees will be prorated
