Please note that legacy clients may pay lower fees.

    Financial Planning Services
CAG’s Financial Planning fees are determined based on the type of services provided and the needs of the
client and are noted in the financial planning agreement. With project-based financial planning, the fee
will be agreed upon before the start of any work. The fixed fee can range between $1,500 and $5,000 and
is due in full in advance of CAG providing the planning service.

B. Fees are directly debited from Client accounts at the custodian, or the Client may choose to pay by check
   or electronic funds transfer.

C. Fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other related costs and expenses which
may be incurred by the Client. Clients may incur certain charges imposed by custodians, brokers, and other
third parties such as custodial fees, deferred sales charges, odd-lot differentials, transfer taxes, wire
transfer, and electronic fund fees, and other fees and taxes on brokerage accounts and securities
transactions. Mutual fund and exchange-traded funds also charge internal management fees, which are
disclosed in a fund's prospectus. These charges, fees, and commissions are exclusive of and in addition to
the Adviser’s fee, and the Adviser shall not receive any portion of these commissions, fees, and costs.

D. All Comprehensive Investment Management Services fees are prorated and are paid in advance. Clients
custodied at Charles Schwab & Company and whose fees are based on a percentage of AUM will pay fees
monthly in advance based on the account balance as of the last day of the previous month. Financial
Planning fees are paid in full in advance of providing the planning service.

An account may be terminated with written notice at least 30 calendar days’ notice. Upon termination of
the account, any unearned investment management and ongoing financial planning fees will be prorated
and refunded to the client. The upfront portion of financial planning fees are non-refundable.
