Item 5 – Fees and Compensation
In addition to the information provided in Item 4 – Advisory Business, this section provides additional details regarding our
firm’s services along with descriptions of each service’s fees and compensation arrangements. CFG believes that its fees are
reasonable in relation to the services provided and the fees charged by other investment advisors offering similar
services/programs. However, CFG’s fees may be higher than those charged by other investment advisors offering similar
services/programs.
Financial Planning Services
CFG is a fee-only financial planning and investment advisory firm. The hourly fee charged can be up to $500. Fixed fees refer to
written financial plans, which range from $5,000 to $25,000, depending on the complexity of a client's financial situation.
Advice is given on financial concerns, including, but not limited to investments, budgeting and bill paying, retirement
planning, inheritances, risk mitigation, debt repayment, and college funding. Up to one-half of the fee may be payable upon
initiation of our Financial Planning Services Agreement, and the balance is due after final planning delivery. CFG does not
require or solicit prepayment of more than $1,200 in fees per client, six months or more in advance. For clients paying a fixed
fee, the first installment will be due at the time the Agreement is executed, with subsequent fees billed either monthly or
quarterly, as determined by the Agreement.
Financial Planning Services terminate upon the final financial plan delivery and receipt of payment. However, either party may
terminate the agreement sooner by providing written notice to the other party. Termination will be effective upon receipt of
notification. If services are terminated within five (5) business days of executing the agreement, services will be terminated
without penalty, and no fees are due. If services are terminated after the initial five-day period, pre-paid fees will be prorated,
and any unearned fees will be refunded to the client.
Asset Management Services
As an investment advisor, CFG will provide each client with an initial asset allocation recommendation. CFG primarily uses
Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and Altruist Financial LLC (“Altruist”) as custodians for client accounts. However, clients are free
to use most available custodians if they choose. If a client wants us to recommend a custodian, they will receive a
recommendation based on the custodian’s costs, reputation, features, dependability, and compatibility with the client, and
not upon a financial arrangement between us and the account custodian.
Our Asset Management Services include continuous and regular monitoring and reallocation. CFG provides advice on an
intermittent or periodic basis, upon request of the client, or in response to some market event, such as an account that is
reviewed and adjusted on a quarterly basis.
Annual Asset Management Services fees typically range from 0.30% to 1.00%, depending on the size and complexity of the
client relationship. The fee is paid quarterly and in arrears, with the managed assets value as of the last business day of the
applicable billing period. For purposes of fee calculation, the asset value of the client’s accounts includes cash and cash
equivalents. We do not reduce Asset Management Services fees for margin borrowing, regardless of whether the assets are in
cash or other securities. All fee arrangements will be explained in detail in the Investment Advisory Agreement executed by
each client prior to the initiation of Asset Management Services.
Fees are billed as a percentage of all assets managed by CFG and agreed upon with the client. CFG shall not be compensated
based on a share of capital gains or capital appreciation of the funds.

Annual Asset Management Services Fee Schedule
Amount of Assets Under Management Annual Fee
First $0 - $1,000,000 1.00%
Next $1,000,001 - $5,000,000 0.80%
Next $5,000,001 - $10,000,000 0.65%
Next $10,000,001 - $25,000,000 0.50%
Above $25,000,000 0.30%
CFG’s fees are assessed on a blended tiered schedule. For example, if a client has $1,500,000 of assets under management,
the first $1,000,000 will be billed at 1.00%, and the next $500,000 will be billed at 0.80%. CFG’s policy is to include all related
client accounts, specifically the accounts of direct family members sharing the same residence address, for purposes of
determining a client’s market value of assets.
Fees are negotiable in certain circumstances and may vary based on the individual needs of the client, the amount of assets
under management, the complexity of the client’s situation and the relationship between the client and the advisor.
Fees can be billed directly from the client’s account or paid directly by the client to us. When fees are deducted from the
account, you must provide the custodian with written authorization to have fees deducted and paid to us. The custodian will
send you statements, at least quarterly, showing all disbursements for the account including the amount of the advisory fee
deducted directly from the account.
Brokerage fees/commissions and/or transaction ticket fees charged by the custodian will be billed directly to you. Neither
CFG nor any of its supervised persons will receive any portion of such commissions or fees from the custodian or client. In
addition, you may incur certain charges imposed by third parties other than us in connection with investments made through
