Item 5: Fees & Compensation

Compensation for Our Advisory Services

Comprehensive Portfolio Management:

The maximum annual fee charged for this service will not exceed 1.00%. Fees to be assessed will be
outlined in the advisory agreement to be signed by the client. Annualized fees are billed on a pro-rata
basis quarterly in arrears based on the value of the account(s) on the last day of the quarter. The
factors used to determine the fee charged to clients include the complexity and scope of services
provided to the client. Fees are negotiable and will be deducted from client account(s). In rare cases,
our firm will agree to directly invoice. NWG does not charge set-up or termination fees for this
service. Our firm bills on cash unless otherwise noted in writing. As part of this process, Clients
understand the following:

    a) The client’s independent custodian sends statements at least quarterly showing the market
values for each security included in the Assets and all account disbursements, including the
       amount of the advisory fees paid to our firm;

ADV Part 2A – Firm Brochure Page 6 Neu Wealth Group

    b) Clients will provide authorization permitting our firm to be directly paid by these terms. Our
firm will send an invoice directly to the custodian; and
    c) If our firm sends a copy of our invoice to the client, a legend urging the comparison of
information provided in our statement with those from the qualified custodian will be
       included

Our firm will manage client accounts through the DGS platform. It is important to note that wherever
DGS implements individual stocks, the sub-advisory fee will be passed along to the client. More
details about this fee can be found in the DGS Capital ADV which is provided to clients at account
opening. Neu Wealth Group is not involved with how sub-advisory fees are collected when the
aforementioned strategy is used by DGS. To be clear, this sub-advisory fee assessed by DGS is
separate from the investment advisor fee assessed by NWG. Moreover, wherever DGS implements
ETFs and mutual funds, DGS assesses a fee to Neu Wealth Group on a separate invoice. This fee is not
shown in the client account or statement because the client does not pay an additional sub-advisory
fee to DGS when ETFs and mutual funds are implemented by DGS.

The third party money managers we recommend will not directly charge you a higher fee than they
would have charged without us introducing you to them. Third party money managers establish and
maintain their own separate billing processes over which we have no control. In general, they will
directly bill you and describe how this works in their separate written disclosure documents.

Financial Planning & Consulting:

Our firm charges on an hourly basis for financial planning and consulting services. The total
estimated fee, as well as the ultimate fee charged, is based on the scope and complexity of our
engagement with the client. The range of hourly fees to be charged will be from $0 to $200. Our firm
requires full payment upon delivery of the plan or consultation. NWG does not charge set-up or
termination fees for this service. Our firm will not require a retainer exceeding $500 when services
cannot be rendered within 6 months.

Please note that supervised persons of this firm have invested in Trayecto, a software company that
assists with and specializes in financial planning. As such, our firm may be inclined to use this
software as opposed to other options when working with clients. Our firm examined this potential
conflict of interest when our firm chooses to use Trayecto and have determined that the
recommendation is in the best interest of our firm’s clients and satisfies our fiduciary obligations,
including our duty to seek best execution.

Retirement Plan Consulting:

Services are billed on a flat fee basis or a fee based on the percentage of Plan assets under
management. The total estimated fee, as well as the ultimate fee charged, is based on the scope and
complexity of our engagement with the client. Fees are based on a percentage of managed Plan assets
and will not exceed 0.50%. Flat fees range from $1,000 to $3,000. NWG does not charge set-up or
termination fees for this service. The fee-paying arrangements will be determined on a case-by-case
basis and will be detailed in the signed consulting agreement.

Other Types of Fees & Expenses

Clients will incur transaction fees for trades executed by their chosen custodian, either based on a
percentage of the dollar amount of assets in the account(s) or via individual transaction charges.

These transaction fees are separate from our firm’s advisory fees and will be disclosed by the chosen
custodian. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (“Schwab”) and Interactive Brokers LLC (“Interactive Brokers”)
may charge transaction fees for U.S. listed equities and exchange traded funds.

Clients may also pay holdings charges imposed by the chosen custodian for certain investments,
charges imposed directly by a mutual fund, index fund, or exchange traded fund, which shall be
disclosed in the fund’s prospectus (e.g., fund management fees and other fund expenses), distribution
fees, surrender charges, variable annuity fees, IRA and qualified retirement plan fees, mark-ups and
mark-downs, spreads paid to market makers, fees for trades executed away from custodian, wire
transfer fees and other fees and taxes on brokerage accounts and securities transactions. Our firm
does not receive a portion of these fees.
