Management Fee: 0.05% per year (billed quarterly in arrears at 0.0125% of the average
balance of tradable securities in the Account).
Trading Commission: $0.005 per share on all shares sold during the quarter (in addition to
standard brokerage commissions).
Fees are charged only on unrestricted, freely tradable securities. No performance fees are charged.
