Item 5 Fees and Compensation
ADVISORY FEES
The following information describes how Wise Money Israel is compensated for the advisory
services we provide to our clients. The specific manner in which fees are charged and the
compensation we receive may differ between clients depending upon the individual Engagement
Agreement with each client. Wise Money Israel reserves the right to negotiate our compensation
with clients depending on the scope of our advisory relationship, and we may charge higher or
lower fees than are available from other firms for comparable services. Wise Money Israel has the
general discretion to waive all or a portion of our fees.
PREMIUM ACCOUNT PROGRAM.
Investment Management Fees. In consideration for providing investment management services
and pursuant to the Engagement Agreement with the client, Wise Money Israel charges Premium
Account clients an annual asset-based fee.
Our annual fee ranges from 1.15% to 2.00% based on the client’s assets under management
(“AUM”) as valued by the custodian. The minimum account balance is $50,000.
It is not our policy to negotiate fees; however, the exact fee charged to each client can vary based
on factors decided by Wise Money Israel. Such factors include the relationship of the client to the
investment adviser representative, the total amount of assets being managed, future deposits to the
accounts under our management, and the level and type of services provided. Some clients will
be charged an annual fee lower than 1.15% annually.
Wise Money Israel bills our fees in arrears on a periodic basis as follows:
• Non-U.S. Brokerage Clients:
o Israeli residents: monthly
o Non-Israel residents: quarterly
• U.S. Brokerage Clients: quarterly
Clients must authorize the deduction of our fees from their managed accounts via the qualified
custodian.
For accounts held at the non-U.S. brokerage custodian Meitav Trade Ltd., Wise Money Israel will
calculate the management fees. The management fee calculations are reported to Meitav Trade
Ltd., who then deducts the management fee(s) from the clients’ account(s).
For accounts held at all other qualified custodians, the qualified custodian will calculate
management fees. These fees will be deducted from their accounts.

When fees are debited from your account, Wise Money Israel will send you an invoice itemizing
the fee. Itemization will include the formula used to determine the fee, the fee itself, the amount
of assets under management the fee is based on, and the time period covered by the fee. The name
of the custodian will also be listed on the fee invoice.
You should review your account statements received from the qualified custodian(s) and verify
that appropriate investment advisory fees are being deducted. The qualified custodian(s) will not
verify the accuracy of the investment advisory fees deducted. Clients are urged to compare the
account statements received from the custodian with invoices sent from Wise Money Israel,
however, it is the responsibility of Wise Money Israel to verify the accuracy of the fee.
ADDITIONAL FEES AND EXPENSES.
Clients will incur transaction charges and/or brokerage fees when purchasing or selling securities.
These charges and fees are typically imposed by the broker-dealer or qualified custodian through
which account transactions are executed. For more information on our brokerage practices, please
refer to Item 12 (Brokerage Practices) of this Brochure.
The fees that clients pay to our firm for investment advisory services are separate and distinct from
the fees and expenses charged by mutual funds and/or exchange traded funds (described in each
fund’s prospectus) to their shareholders. The fees charged directly by mutual funds and exchange
traded funds will typically include a management fee and other fund expenses.
To fully understand the total costs associated with their investment portfolio, clients should review
all the fees charged by mutual funds, exchange traded funds, our firm, and others.
TERMINATION. Investment management services continue in effect until terminated. You may
terminate the services immediately by providing us with notice on a business day on which the
Portfolio Manager executes transactions for the client. The Termination Notice will enter into force
within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the Termination Notice.
Wise Money Israel may terminate the services by providing you with written notice effective 7
days after you receive the written notice.
You may terminate services within five (5) business days of entering into an agreement with Wise
Money Israel without penalty and no fees due. After the initial five (5) period, you will receive a
final fee invoice which shall be pro-rated based on the number of days remaining in the final-
month period. We use the value of the assets under management as of the date of termination to
determine the final fee due.
Upon termination of our status as the client’s investment adviser, Wise Money Israel will not take
any further action with respect to the client’s account(s) unless specifically notified by the client
in writing. Clients will be responsible for instructing their custodian and monitoring their account
for the final disposition of assets.
