Item 5 Fees and Compensation
A. Advisory Fees
Prior to engaging Fifr to provide advisory services, the client will be required to enter into a written
agreement with the Firm setting forth the terms and conditions and the fees under which it will render its
services. Fees may be subject to negotiation under certain circumstances as agreed on by the Firm and
the client. The following schedule of fees outlines the typical fee structure under which Fifr renders its
services. The actual schedule of fees, as it applies to a particular client, will be clearly outlined in the client’s
written agreement(s), including the client agreement and, where applicable, the related Tax Solutions
Agreement.

The fee schedule shown below reflects the Firm’s current standard pricing for new clients under the current
form of agreement. Certain existing clients continue under grandfathered legacy pricing and/or billing
arrangements pursuant to prior written agreements. In all cases, the actual fee and billing terms applicable
to a particular client are governed by the client’s written agreement(s) with the Firm.

and internal product expenses may still apply.
Lower fees for comparable services may be available from other sources.
Financial Wellness Services are offered for a fixed flat fee according to Item 5A. Investment Management
Services are available only to Clients of the Financial Wellness Services and are offered at no additional
cost. Fees are not based on the value of assets, the quantity of assets, the capital gains or appreciation of
Client assets in managed accounts. The Firm retains the right in its sole discretion to reduce or waive
entirely its fees for services. The Firm will not require or accept prepayment of more than one (1) quarter
of membership fees in advance, and will not collect fees more than six (6) months in advance.
Under the Firm’s current standard agreement for new clients, Financial Wellness Services fees are billed
quarterly in advance. Fees are prorated for the first billed quarter based on the number of days remaining
in the calendar quarter after the Firm receives the executed agreement. Thereafter, quarterly fees are billed
in advance. The Firm can reduce or waive entirely its Financial Wellness Services fees, in the Firm’s sole
discretion. Certain existing clients remain on grandfathered legacy pricing and/or billing arrangements
pursuant to prior written agreements.
Tax Preparation and Tax Planning Fees:
Prior to engaging Fifr to provide Tax Solutions services, the client will be required to enter into a written
agreement with the Firm setting forth the terms and conditions and the fees under which it will render its
services. Fees may be subject to negotiation under certain circumstances as agreed on by the Firm and
the client.
Tax preparation and tax planning services are available only as part of Financial Wellness Services Plus
Proactive Tax. Under the Firm’s current standard agreement for new clients, such services are reflected in
the quarterly subscription fee shown above for that service. Certain existing clients may remain on
grandfathered legacy pricing and/or billing arrangements pursuant to prior written agreements. The actual
fee applicable to a particular client will be set forth in the client agreement and related Tax Solutions
Agreement. For each tax year for which the Firm files, or files an extension for, a federal or state income
tax return for a client enrolled in Financial Wellness Services Plus Proactive Tax, the client agrees to pay
at least four quarters of Financial Wellness Services Plus Proactive Tax fees in aggregate for that tax year.
If, at the time of filing or extension, the client has paid fewer than four quarters of such fees, the client
remains responsible for the remaining quarters needed to reach four quarters, payable on the standard

quarterly billing cycle, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination or expiration of the
applicable agreement.
B. Billing Method
Clients may authorize the Firm, through the qualified custodian, to deduct advisory fees directly from the
client’s custodial account, as permitted by the custodian and pursuant to written client authorization. For
accounts billed through Altruist, invoices and/or billing reports are generated through the custodian’s
platform and are accessible electronically (including through the client portal and/or electronic delivery,
where available). Clients should review these materials and promptly notify the Firm of any questions.
In addition to the Firm’s advisory fees, clients may incur other fees and expenses charged by the qualified
custodian or other third parties. These may include, for example, wire fees, account transfer (ACAT) fees,
returned check/ACH fees, and other service or transaction charges, as well as internal product expenses
