Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (3/30/2026) [Brochure]
Item 5 — Fees and Compensation
Unless you have received this brochure at least 48 hours prior to signing an Advisory Contract, you
may terminate the Advisory Contract within five (5) business days of signing without penalty or
incurring any fees.
How we are paid depends on the type of advisory services we perform. Fees are negotiable and
some fees may vary by Client for similar services. No increase to the agreed-upon advisory fees shall
occur without prior Client consent.
IMPORTANT: Lower fees for comparable services may be available from other sources. At no time do
we require prepayment of $1,200 or more six months or more in advance of rendering services.

Wealth Management Fees
Our ongoing wealth management services combine an annual advisory fee based on assets under
management with a separate planning retainer fee.
Advisory Fee
The annual advisory fee for all ongoing wealth management tiers is 0.90% of assets under
management for accounts up to $2,000,000. For clients whose household assets under management
reach $2,000,001 or more, the annual advisory fee is reduced to 0.65% on all assets.
Up to $2,000,000: 0.90%
$2,000,001 and above: 0.65%

The advisory fee is paid monthly in arrears based on the average daily balance of assets held in
custodial accounts. We may allow accounts of members of the same household to be aggregated for
purposes of determining the applicable fee rate.

Planning Retainer Fees
In addition to the advisory fee, clients in ongoing wealth management tiers pay a separate planning
retainer that reflects the scope and complexity of financial planning services provided. Planning
retainers are billed separately, typically on a quarterly basis. The retainer is higher in the first year of
the engagement to account for the initial planning and onboarding process, and is reduced in
subsequent years.
Guided Wealth Management (GWM) Essentials: Year 1 — $6,000 / Year 2+ — $4,500
Guided Wealth Management (GWM) Premier: Year 1 — $9,000 / Year 2+ — $7,000
Comprehensive Wealth Management (CWM): Year 1 — $18,000 / Year 2+ — $15,000
Business Wealth Management (BWM): Year 1 — $12,000 / Year 2+ — $9,000
Planning retainer fees are negotiable and may vary based on the complexity of a client's situation.
The specific planning retainer is established at the time of engagement and documented in the
client's Advisory Agreement.

Tax Preparation Credit
Clients enrolled in certain ongoing service tiers receive an annual credit toward tax preparation costs
coordinated through our firm:
Guided Wealth Management (GWM) Essentials: $275
GWM Premier: $450
Comprehensive Wealth Management (CWM): $450
Business Wealth Management (BWM): $450
This credit is applied toward the cost of tax preparation services coordinated through our firm and is
not redeemable for cash or applicable to other services.

Investment Management Only
For clients seeking discretionary investment management without ongoing financial planning
services, our annual advisory fee is 0.65% of assets under management. This service requires a
minimum of $100,000 in investable assets. The advisory fee is paid monthly in arrears based on the
average daily balance of assets held in custodial accounts.

refunded for the portion of the billing period following the termination date. For project-based
financial planning engagements, if the engagement is terminated prior to completion, the client may
receive a prorated refund based on the portion of services not yet rendered. No refund applies to
services already delivered.
