ITEM 5: FEES AND COMPENSATION
RBC Financial Planning Fee Schedule
The fee that you pay (in the case of RBC Financial Planning – Individual Client), or the fee that your employer pays on your
behalf (in the case of RBC Financial Planning – Corporate Client), for RBC Financial Planning services covers our investment
advice and the development and delivery of a Financial Plan. The fee you agree to pay us is confirmed and disclosed, in
advance, in the Agreement between you and RBC WM for the services to be provided.
Fees for RBC Financial Planning services are negotiated within a range of $1,000 to $20,000. In certain highly complex cases,
however, a fee higher than $20,000, but not to exceed $100,000, may be negotiated.
As applicable, if a Program client is also enrolled in any of the RBC WM wrap fee advisory programs, the RBC WM Advice Fee
we receive from such client in the wrap fee advisory program, combined with the fee for RBC Financial Planning services,
may not exceed 2% of that client's stated investable net worth at the time the client enters into the Agreement.
Fees for RBC Financial Planning services are negotiable, are at our sole discretion, may be waived, and may differ from client
to client based on several factors, including, but not limited to:
• the financial planning service selected;
• the scope of the engagement;
• the complexity of the services provided;
• the nature and amount of client assets involved; and
• the extent that other RBC Specialists are engaged.
Please note, however, that other fee arrangements may be offered at our sole discretion for the RBC Financial Planning
services. Our ability to negotiate or waive the fee can result in one client receiving the same or similar services provided to
another client at a lower fee or free of charge. We may also, in our sole discretion, discount fees for clients receiving and
paying for multiple or complex financial planning services through the Program, or discount fees for clients based on their
broader relationship with RBC WM. Fees as well as other Program requirements may vary as a result of the application
of prior policies depending on when a client received or receives financial planning services from us. From time to time,
the RBC Financial Planning fee (or fees for other advisory services available through RBC WM) may be reduced for our
employees (and certain of their family members) and/or employees of our affiliates.
Timing and Payment of Fee
The fee you pay for RBC Financial Planning is typically due and payable at the time we deliver your Financial Plan to you.
Payment is made by check or, where applicable, by debit from an RBC WM account of yours that you designate to us in the
agreement. You may terminate the Agreement for RBC Financial Planning without penalty within five business days if you do
not receive this Brochure at least 48 hours prior to entering into the Agreement.
Additional Fees and Expenses
There are no additional fees or expenses for the services offered in the Program. There are additional fees and expenses
associated with implementing a Financial Plan in an advisory account, a brokerage account, or a combination of advisory
and brokerage accounts. Your Financial Advisor can provide you with that information upon your request.
RBC Financial Planning Disclosure Document Page 7 of 16 26-25-4584150_6422 (06/26)
The fee you pay covers only the RBC Financial Planning service as set forth in the Agreement. The fee does not cover any
other services, accounts or products. Therefore, if you maintain accounts with us, or if we assist you in implementing your
Financial Plan, you will pay other charges depending on the type of account(s), products and services utilized, in addition
to the fee for RBC Financial Planning. This will add to the overall compensation that we receive and may present a conflict
of interest because of the incentive to recommend investment products based on the compensation received, rather than
based on your needs. The RBC Financial Planning fee will not be reduced or offset by these other fees. For more information
on the differences between brokerage accounts and advisory accounts, please see our "Client Relationship Summary
Disclosure (Form CRS)" here: www.rbcwealthmanagement.com/en-us/legal.
Compensation for Advisory Services
If you enroll in the Program, RBC WM pays your Financial Advisor a portion of the fee payable to us in connection with
the Financial Planning services provided to you in the Program. As noted above, the fee is generally negotiable, and your
Financial Advisor has the discretion to discount up to 100% of the fee for RBC Financial Planning services.
Additional Information about Financial Advisor Compensation
RBC WM offers recruiting packages to Financial Advisors joining from other firms. Under these packages, Financial Advisors
are eligible for two types of promissory notes in designated amounts. The first note is issued to the Financial Advisor once
his or her securities license is transferred to RBC WM. Depending upon the recruiting package, RBC WM will either forgive, or
collect, the principal and interest amount of this note each month, so long as the Financial Advisor remains employed and in
good standing for a predetermined period of time. Although there are no set production goals for the note to be forgiven, a
Financial Advisor must maintain a certain level of production to remain employed.
The second type of note is issuable each year for a fixed number of years if the Financial Advisor meets specified production

ITEM 7: TYPES OF CLIENTS
RBC WM’s clients for the RBC Financial Planning Program are individuals but can also include entities such as trusts, estates,
